Dosage: The dosage varies from 2.5mg/week to 15mg/week. The typical titration schedule starts with 2.5mg once weekly, increasing every four weeks.
Injection Sites: Lower stomach (2 inches from the belly button), upper arm, or upper leg. Avoid tender or bruised areas.
Rotation: Rotate injection spots within the same area weekly.
Cleaning: Clean the site with an alcohol swab or soap and water, allow it to dry, and avoid touching it after cleaning.
Storage: Store Tirzepatide injections as directed in the prescription sheet.
Food: Tirzepatide can be taken with or without food.
Dose Adjustment: Your medical provider may adjust your dose during treatment to improve compliance and optimize outcomes.
