  • Engaging with Providers using audio, video, and other digital communication methods, including secure messaging.
  • Employing data from remote monitoring devices and other technological tools.

  • Convenience of receiving medical care without the need for physical office visits.
  • Direct communication with Providers remotely.

Telehealth Limitations

  • Possible limitations on the information available for making medical decisions, necessitating alternative care options.
  • Inability to conduct certain physical tests or directly measure vital signs, which could impact diagnosis or treatment accuracy.
  • Delays in care due to technology issues.
  • Risk of breaches in data security, potentially compromising personal information.

  • In emergencies, you agree to contact emergency services directly.

Withdrawing Consent
